We’re back at Dovetail Brewery to celebrate *Flammkuchen, aka Flammekueche aka Tarte Flambée, this time for two days during their Holiday Market that’s taking place in the barrel loft. We’ve got a handful of ‘kuchens on the menu paired with the finest central European-style beer around so come by and have a few of each.

*What the heck is Flammkuchen? It’s a thin, crispy flatbread from the Alsace region, traditionally made with crème fraîche, bacon, and onions.
