Flammkuchen Fest 3.0
German lager traditions meet French culinary and agricultural roots at the 3rd installment of this beer-fueled culture immersion series with our bestest brewery pals at Dovetail Brewery. We’ll present a special menu of Flammkuchen, an Alsatian flatbread made with crème frâiche, bacon and onion, which will be expertly paired with Dovetail’s incredible lineup of Central European-style craft brews.

REVERBERATION
Reverberation is a celebration of THC-infused beverages in Chicago. This first-of-its kind event in the city will showcase beverage makers through on-site sampling at the Revolution Taproom in Avondale. Your ticket includes entry, a“stash canister” tasting glass, up to 12 samples (2oz each) from a variety of local and national THC beverage brands, and a Reverb tote bag that includes a 6‑pack of Reverb Splash and other goodies.

We’re back at Dovetail Brewery to celebrate *Flammkuchen, aka Flammekueche aka Tarte Flambée, this time for two days during their Holiday Market that’s taking place in the barrel loft. We’ve got a handful of ‘kuchens on the menu paired with the finest central European-style beer around so come by and have a few of each.
*What the heck is Flammkuchen? It’s a thin, crispy flatbread from the Alsace region, traditionally made with crème fraîche, bacon, and onions.

We’re throwing a beer garden party with our friends at Dovetail Brewery to celebrate *Flammkuchen, aka Flammekueche aka Tarte Flambée, an Alsatian/German/Swiss culinary treasure. We’ll make a a few different versions along with a few BJ’s classics and pair them all with Dovetail beers. For this collab, we’re giving it a Dovetail twist - the dough is made using Hagen’s sourdough starter, fermented with Dovetail’s own spontaneously-fermented beer!
